• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and this deposit goes toward your final service price.

• Once deposited, your booking is confirmed. Additional appointment changes or rescheduling may require a new deposit or be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Punctuality & Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. 10 minutes grace period, after WILL RESULT the appointment being canceled.

• To accommodate everyone, lateness beyond the grace period may result in forfeiting your spot.

• Arrive with your hair washed, clean, detangled—avoid excessive oils or products.

• If your chosen style requires additional hair (e.g., human extension packs), you can bring your own or purchase through the studio.
